5th CEFER/VU/KTU workshop, 7 November 2025, Vilnius

We are pleased to invite paper submissions for the 5th CEFER/KTU/VU Workshop that will take place on November 7, 2025 at Vilnius University. The workshop aims to bring together academic researchers from CEFER, KTU and VU in order to discuss research works, gain feedback and build research links that may provide for fruitful future collaborations. Please note however, that there will not be any publication opportunities that come directly from the workshop.

Programme: The workshop is open to presentations on any topic in economics, broadly defined. While the focus of the workshop will be on faculty researchers, the organisers plan to include a special session for PhD students. Both faculty researchers and PhD students are thus encouraged to apply.

Submission: Please submit complete papers or extended abstracts using the following link here. The extended deadline for submissions is October 10, 2025.

University of Tartu Conference, 27-28 November 2026

International research conference “Climate Compass 2025: The Art of Adaptation in the Light of Science” will take place on 27-28 November 2026 in Tartu. The event will bring together researchers, decision-makers, practitioners and climate enthusiasts to discuss the causes and impact of climate change and the ways of adapting to it. Participants share the latest scientific insights and discuss the needs for future development.

13th Meeting of the Nordic Econometric Network, Helsinki, 1-3 June 2026

The 3th Meeting of the Nordic Econometric Network will take place on 1-3 June 2026 in Helsinki, Finland.

Nordic econometric meetings are organised once every two years by the Nordic Econometric Network, and their purpose is to stimulate econometric research in the Nordic countries. The conference brings together researchers working on a broad range of themes covering all aspects of theoretical and applied econometrics, including empirical economic research.
